Why is it that some of the music I buy on my iPhone turns gray and doesn't work after time?
My family all uses this Mac downstairs and we buy music on my dad's apple account. I bought some instalok music and other random music, downloaded onto my iPhone with other music. It all works and stuff, but then a week later or something the text changes from black to grey color and it doesn't do anything when I tap it. How can I fix this?

- My iphone 5s will not turn on. Hard reset doesn't work and itunes doesn't recognise it My phone hasn't turned on in 5 days. Doesn't respond to the charger or being plugged into the computer. I've tried the hard reset a thousand times and nothing happens. ITunes won't recognize my phone so I can't do a factory reset. Can anyone tell me another way of resetting my phone?
- My iphone 5s went on a washing machine and it turns on and the screen too but the touch dosent work? I tried putting it in rice and drying it with a hair drier or blow drier everything works except the touch and the screen has a white strap going down and you can see the water or water stains any suggestions
