Its stuck in horizontal mode where it only shows the albums and won't go back to vertical and no it's not on screen lock I checked

Perhaps the level inside the iPhone is broken, meaning that it doesn't know whether it's vertical or horizontal.

Will my iPhone battery get messed up? I'm on a trip and I left my phone charging in the house by accident (I'm going to try to get a friend to take it off) but I was wondering how long can it stay charging until the battery goes bad? I've heard stories so I'm just wondering if they were true.
Why is the time on my iphone messed up? I have and iphone 5 from sprint and Ever since I updated my phone to ios7 my phone will randomly change the time on its own and it's affecting my alarm clock. I have tired resetting my phone and turning of set automatically but it still changes the time.

Why is my Imessage all messed up? I have an Iphone 5 and recently updated the software to the new IOS7, well now my imessage send to other iphones as a weird number. It doesn't even have my number as an option to send from and there's no way to add my own phone number or change the number its on. Why is this and how do I fix it?
