Why is my Iphone 4s Not letting me update my apps on the app store?
So just about a week ago I went to go update my apps on my Iphone 4s and when I clicked on updates, it read ''Can't connect to I-tunes store please try again later. Now this is really annoying me since I can accesses safari and update everything perfectly fine on the Ipad 3 my family recently got but not on my Iphone. I have tried everything from logging in and back into my account, changing the information, rebooting and restarting my Iphone and changing the date, but nothing seems to work. Please can someone give me some advice or suggest anything to fix the issue (p.s my phone is about 3 months old and it makes me wanna through it away)
First of all you do not have an "iPad 3", you have "The New iPad", I would look here for your question: http://www.apple.com/...e/contact/
- Why won't the App store let me update my apps - Iphone 4s? After downloading the new software for the iPhone (iOS 6.1) it will not let me update my apps. I open up the app store on my phone and go to the update tab, and it remains blank (despite saying there's 7 updates). Does anyone know what to do? I have tried restarting my phone.
- Why isn't my iPhone letting me download apps? I've been trying to download some apps on my iPhone and it's not letting me for some reason. I tried restarting my phone and it still doesn't work. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but before this happened I updated my phone to IOS 8.4.
- Why isn't iTunes letting me download this song to my song app on my iPhone? I just purchased a song but it's not showing up in my music app and when I go to where it says purchased in the iTunes app I hit the cloud but it won't download to my music app. Is it because of my storage? What do I do?
- Why is my new iphone 4s not letting me download more that 245 songs? Itunes says that 245 songs are using 11gb space? Thanks… But when I googled to see how many the answer was 3500 songs? I only have 245 and nothing else on there except the apps that come as standard.
