Why is my iphone 5 battery dying so fast?

So I got my phone In April. It's been this way forever._.it goes from 100% at 7am to 40% at 11am. I've already disabled LTE and stuff i don't know what to do! I'm going on a 10 hour car ride tomorrow. So what should I do?

Because iPhones suck! Well atleast the battery life does!

If your apps are running close them with twice tap the home button and hold the apps, and wait for shake, then tap the red sign and close all of them.
if you did that job and still the waist is running, so restore and Update your phone (first backup) and thats will be ok.bcs iv iphone 5 and i can have call with my phone for 7 hourssssss.
and i can gaming for 3 hoursssss
and searching on net for 5 hoursssss
and docing for 5 hourssssss
and for you guy ^ android is suckCccc… Iphone is the king in the world.

When I take it off the charger, it starts going down. I wake up at around 9 AM every day and by 1 PM it's already at like 40%.
