Why is my iphone 5's LTE speed slower?

I got it about 2 weeks ago. The speed was really fast and it could download an app in 5 seconds. Now it takes a while to download something. What's the reason for this?

Close all apps from task manager (double tab home button then long click on apps)
if still slow so go for services @apple store

You carrier could just be slow.

  • Why is texting slower than snap insta kik etc I've found time and time again when trying to text or send pictures sending it through text is significantly slower than almost every other messenger app. Facebook, insta, snap, kik all of them are leagues faster at sending pictures than the basic text feature on my iphone. Why is this? I don't keep old conversations long. Yet it takes almost 5 mins to send a pic of a screenshot on text and it takes 5 seconds on anything else.
  • Why is my Wi-Fi connection slower in my house? This is weird but it's true. I have a 4G iPhone 5 that I just got today but my iPhones Wi-Fi is slower in my house rather than outside of my house such as a restaurant or a store. Also my house has Wi-Fi for my laptop and other devices in my house. Any idea why this is? The connection isn't terribly slow buts its noticeably slower.
  • Why is my iPhone battery draining slower? For a week I had my battery drain from 100 percent down to 6 percent in 15 minutes. I reset my phone to resemble a new iPhone and it goes from 100 percent to 60 percent in 2 hours. Why is this?
  • Why is my Internet slower than usual? I use xfinity Internet and out of the blue my phone gets a tad bit slower is it the modem or my phone? I tried disconnecting reconnecting unplugging Internet and plugging back in I'm on 3G iPhone 4
