Why is my iphone forcing me to download the new whatsapp?
I got ios6 and the old whatsapp, I don't like the new white layout of the new one, when I click on whatsapp it says, your whatsapp is out of date
You should updated with new technology.
I've had that happen to me before with an iPhone. I just can't use the app until I update it.
Whereas if I'm on Android, I can delay the update by dismissing the updates as frequently as I like.
Its not so much the iPhone that it is WhatsApp's developers. Just want everyone on the latest version.
- My iPhone 3G version 4.2 won't download Whatsapp? I'm trying to download Whatsapp, Viber, Heytell etc on my friend's iPhone 3G, but it says 'Update required. This app requires iOS 4.3'. She has version 4.2.1. Before she upgraded her iOS (I don't know what version she had, but it was definitely older than her current one), she had Whatsapp, Viber and all the other apps which are now not downloading. So it seems very strange. Your assistance is much appreciated!

- Iphone whatsapp doesn't show new messages until i open the app? I have an Iphone 4, and when people send me messages on whatsapp i don't get any notifications, and no sign on the whatsapp app on the background. When i open the app, than i see new messages appear. Why does that happen and how can i fix this?
