Why is my iPhone locking and trying to turn off by its self?
My iPhone has been trying to turn itself off and locking the screen for ages, at first i thought that it would go away but it hasn't, it also turns itself back on if i turn it off does anyone know how to make it stop?
You never need to actually turn an iphone off, I leave mine on 24x7 and just hit the mute switch at night. If its doing anything weird then just connect to itunes and restore to factory as I never heard of that happening
Your lock button is probably spoilt. Get it replaced. Hence it's being pushed in and causing it to lock/turn off/turn on every time.
- Will the iphone really update its self? I have the iphone 5 and my friend was telling me at 9 am tomorrow the new software arrive i said it won't effect me cuz i have no desire to update it but she said it will do it automatically is that true?

I have tried everything it won't show its charging i tried holding down the power and home button but that won't work, the screen is just black and won't do anything. I even tried plugging it into my laptop and that won't work either How do i put it in DFU? I hook it up to my comp and nothing happens at all. Nothing pops up on my comp and my phone won't turn on at all
