Why is my iPhone no longer working on the Bose sound dock with the case on?
I was able to use the sound dock with my iPhone 4 case on, but now I have to take the case off for it to connect.
It's probably not designed to plug in with the case on, and the terminal connections have worn a little. (terminals designed to be connected, disconnected, connected. So on/so forth) have wear engineered into them, and expect a little wear, just maybe not a case displacing the connection up to 1/16" (guess). Pins in all terminals eventually fail from repeat usage and wear. That's my hypothesis!
It's due to the mistake of design.
- Will Bose quietcomfort 15 be louder in ipod or iphone than samsung note 2? So I recently bought a bose quietcomfort 15 and have been using it on my Samsung galaxy note 2 but the sound is a little low so would it be louder in an apple product.
- Logitech s715i versus Altec lancing air 5000 versus bose series 2 sound dock? Can someone compare Logitech S715i Portable 30-Pin iPod/iPhone Speaker Dock Altec Lansing inAir 5000 Wireless AirPlay Speaker MA5000 Bose SoundDock Series II 30-Pin iPod/iPhone Speaker Dock in terms of music quality and longevity I do not care about cost, but it has to be portable. I know the logitechs are popular but they are pretty cheap and hence 'look' pretty cheap.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is a bose soundlink 3 better than the bose sounddock series 2? I currently have a Bose Sounddock series 2 ipod/iphone dock. I'm thinking about getting a Bose Soundlink 3 bluetooth dock. Does anybody out there know if its worth upgrading? Is the Soundlink better than the Sounddock? Better sound. Equally as loud? thanks, MM
