Why is my iPhone saying i have no storage left?
I have deleted over 800 pictures and my iPhone is still saying i have barely enough storage. I can't even record videos on my snaphcat because it says theirs not enough storage. I don't have very many apps, maybe around 30. Please help because i only have like 100 pictures now and its still saying it.
Check the Usage section in Settings to find out what is taking up the space.
Many apps use a lot of data therefore there will be no space in your phone. That happened to me. An iPhone with 8Gb can't hold much. What i did is i erased all content and settings. Before you do so make sure to save important stuff in a computer. After you erase everything you may get all your apps again and restart again. I did this to update to ios 8. I didn't have any storage! But after that i had plenty to use. Hope this helps!
It could be left over files in your cache. Download an app that cleans your phone. I use DU Speed Booster for my Android, you should have something similar to that in the App Store.
- Why is my iPhone saying I have so much storage used? I'm trying to download iOS7 and it takes 2.9 GB of space. My phone says I'm using 5.7 GB of the space but I have no music, no photos, no videos, and my apps only take up 288 MB. I also deleted all of my messages and and recent calls. Any ideas?
- Why is my iPhone not saying Verizon in the top left Coner? I just upgraded my iPhone from a 4 to 4s at the Verizon store and my new one isn't saying Verizon in the top left Conner at the top. Everything is working fine like text, calling, web. It just aggravating me cause I know it supposed to be there!
- Why is my iPhone 4 telling me I have no storage left? My iPhone 4 is constantly telling me I have no more available storage left. I have deleted more than half of my apps and pictures, I hardly have any left and it still says my storage is full. I don't understand why! It's very frustrating. Can someone help me figure out what to do?
- What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.
