Why is my iphone so slow? What do you recommend doing to

No I'm not talking about internet speed I mean speed as in swiping photos apps and typing and such, it's such a slow reaction and freezes quite a bit, anyone know what to do or how to help, thanks.

To start with, double-tap your home button so that it brings up the running apps at the bottom of your screen then press and hold on one of them so you can close them all down. Try to do that frequently to close whatever apps you aren't using at the moment.
Also try to delete any apps you don't use and download your photos/videos onto a computer so that you can delete them on your phone (or at least delete the ones you don't want to have on there) to clear up space. Finally, my final suggestion, though it will wipe out your library of music, is to do a factory reset. Plug your iPhone into your computer and reset it by opening up the screen for your iPhone that pops up in iTunes when you plug it in. There's a "restore to factory settings" button there and that usually helps.

What iphone do you have and what OS version do you have, it may be that the OS is using too much ram for your phone to process correctly.
