Why is my new tab page on iPhone 4S in Chinese?

I just updated my iPhone 4S to ios7 and when I'm on safari and click a new tab the "home" page shows sites like Wikipedia and iCloud but the labels are in Chinese for some reason? I don't speak Chinese I've never had my phone in Chinese at all so I don't know why this happened and does anyone know how to fix it? The phone is
already set to English but still Safari is Chinese.

I actually have the same problem with my iPad. My family is Chinese American and when my brother saw it (it's on my favorites tabs, not my new tabs), he thought I changed it, when in fact, all my settings are in English. But when he clicked on all the sites, not all of them came up in Chinese.

I haven't found a reason for it, but I think that because this is the first time that China will have access to the iPhone, some sites loaded into Safari were automatically put into Chinese for iOS 7. The only other thing I can think of is that it might be a glitch that needs to be worked out with the next update.

The home page is the Bookmarks/Favorites tab as well. You can edit it to go back to the English sites. Press the little book next to the URL area and a pop up will appear. At the bottom, it says "edit". Hit that and then press the little arrow ( > ) to edit the actual URL.

Ex: Apple = http://www.apple.com/...apple.com/tw" class='ext_link'>http://www.apple.com/...ple.com/tw ---> change to http://www.apple.com/
