Why is my phone freezing and restarting if I only got it 3 weeks ago?
I got an IPhone XR for my birthday 3 weeks ago, and about 2 weeks ago it started acting up. It would freeze and restart the whole phone and black out at random times. It's been happening a lot more recently, about 2 times a week my phone will act up. I don't know if the phone is just defective or what.
Have you checked how much memory space you are using? If you have taken many photos or download a lot of apps you may be running low on space. Check that first. Most smart phones have a space for a memory card. Get one of those and move your documents, photos and apps to the memory card. Then the phone should have more room for boot up.
It could be a firmware issue or hardware issue. I suggest you get the phone replaced with a new one.
You could try resetting it or restoring it through iTunes & if all else fails take it to the Apple Store. It would be well within its warranty period so if needs to be replaced then it would be.

- Why does my iphone 5s keep on saying 'no service' i just got it about 20 mins ago? My dad just bought me an iphone 5s about 15-20 minutes ago. I just got home and wanted to call my friend but it said 'No Service'.So I asked my sister and she said her iphone was able to call and text immediately after her purchase. I would like to fix this problem by tonight if not tomorrow. I also tried the airplane mode method and it didn't work.

But I realized just now as I play my music, my loudspeaker sounded not good. It sound perfectly fine with the earphones. And I have never dropped it or got it wet. I just don't know what to do. - My iPhone 6 was stolen two weeks ago? Two weeks ago at school I was changing in my school locker room and I set my phone down for about 5 seconds. I turned around to check somthing on it and it was gone. I already tried find my iPhone, calling it, find my friends, ECt. The school police already told me that they won't do anything about it. There are only about 15 people who could have stolen it, is there anyway I could figure out who it was?
