Why is my rear camera darker than my front facing camera when recording a video on my iPhone se?
It could be that the rear camera has a smaller aperture.
Make sure that both lenses are clean.
It could be a broken camera module, too. If so then it's a very cheap repair since you can get a camera module off eBay for about $8 and repair it within 20 minutes after watching a YouTube video.

and the two aren't calibrated to match each other.
If there's any way to make them match,
which there almost certainly isn't,
it would cost several times as much as the phone.
