Why is real player converter not working?
I use it to convert video files either into audio only as an mp3 or into the video type compatible with iPods. When I do MP3 it works fine, but anytime I try to convert something to Ipod video (H.264) a pop up trying to get me to buy real player plus comes up, and the conversion doesn't start. If I close the pop up and try to start again it just comes up again. I know I don't need the upgrade for this to work, because I've done it before just fine.
What's the issue, how can I get it to work?
If for whatever reason I can't are there any free download programs to convert common video types to H.264 for Ipods/iphones?
