Why isn't he texting me back?

So, he's just my friend. But he has asked me to hook up with him in the past and I've always said no. Last time I saw him was a week ago Wednesday and the last time we talked was on Friday. We were supposed to see each other on Sunday but he never messaged me back. And I texted him Saturday night just to make sure that we were still one for tomorrow and he didn't text me back. We both have iPhones so I could see he read the text but he didn't text me back. I know it's only been two days but he never just blows me off like this. And I'm worried he might be mad at me. Saturday I got my hair cut really short, like shaved short, and he said he didn't want me too. But I was already in the middle of it. So I'm worried he might be mad and won't talk to me because of it. So what should I do. I don't want to text him again and seem overally attached, but still. He's one of my good friends.

He doesn't want to talk to you because you got your hair how you wanted to get it cut and styled? That's the most ludicrous thing I've heard if he's a real friend I guarantee you a haircut will not stop you two from being friends it's nice he has an opinion about it and it's nice to get other people's point of view but at the end of the day it's your hair and your decision if he's mad at you over that it's time to find a new friend because he only seems like he likes to be friends with people based on appearance.

If he is truly your friend he wouldn't be mad at you for not hooking up with him. He wouldn't be mad about your new haircut. As a friend he is supposed to support you and be there for you if he likes it or not! It's really upsetting that he blew you off like that. My advice is don't chase after him, wait until he texts you! And tell him how you feel. Always be honest, don't let people walk over you. Even if they are your friend. Stand up for yourself. Your voice needs to be heard, you have feelings too. Like I said that is my advice. Sit tight until you hear from him. And always remember you don't need anybody who doesn't need you.
