Why isn't my iPhone 5s working on home Wi-Fi?
So, it was working a minute ago and now it's not, it's up too date, and was working fine. I had the phone switched out from the gold to black with a guy on craigslist, but I don't think a Wi-Fi can just break. What's wrong? It's on iOS 7. And I switched too charter from AT&T. And when I link it it just has the loading bar and never links, when it does link the internet is so slow that it doesn't even work and it has all bars, what's wrong?
Oh and btw, I reset the phone and I even reset network settings, and nun!
Perhaps you should have never switched it in the first place? Has it occurred to you that the guy wanted to switch because the Wi-Fi was crazy?
OK, try resetting the phone by pressing Lock and Home buttons for more than ten seconds (till you see an Apple logo) Does this solve the problem?
Try turn off, then on Wi-Fi. Who knows this work.
When you said "reset the phone" you mean plug into iTunes and reset? If not, try that as well.
Last straw, get an Apple genius.
Also, you need to rule out that your home Wi-Fi isn't the problem. Try accessing it with laptop or other iPhones. See if they work.
