Why isn't my iPhone being detected by my PC?
Yesterday my iPhone 4S stopped being detected by my PC. It does not charge and the computer does not interact with interact with the phone in any way. I have no idea how to fix it, I use iTunes heavily for backups and file transfers. I do need this functionality.
Added (1). It's not the USB port. I've tried plenty of ports.
Have also tried rebooting the PC and the iPhone, as that's just troubleshooting 101.
I think that there's some problem with your iphone usb port. If not, then may be your iphone has contacted soem virus and you should have a antivirus program.
Restart your iPhone, and then do not connect it to computer via a hub, just directly.
- Why isn't my iPhone 5 being detected by itunes or charging? Lately while I'm charging my phone, it would vibrate twice every few minutes. But today when I connected it it wouldn't charge. I tried connecting it to itunes but a box popped up saying " your device is not detected. Please unplug and try again." Please help!
- Unusual Traffic detected on google from my iPhone? So, over the last week google has been giving me the "sorry unusual traffic has been detected" page sometimes giving me a captcha, but never actually letting me search. I have a iPhone 4, not jail broken, and it only happens when I use the AT&T 3G network. I google things really often, but I don't think it's "unusual". I've tried clearing the cookies and data and that hasn't worked and I submitted details to google.
- SIM card won't be detected iPhone 4S? All of a sudden my phone won't detect my SIM card it just says 'No SIM' it will detect every other SIM card but this one!
- No network adapter detected? I just upgraded to windows 7 ultimate from windows 7 home premium and now I can't connect to the Internet, and the troubleshoot says the this is why. I tried manually downloading the missing drivers from another computer and transfer them via flash drive, when they start to install it says I have no network adapter which I certainly do, please help my laptop is useless to me in this state, I'm posting this from my iPhone.
