Why isn't my iphone cord charging my iPhone?
My iPhone isn't charging because the cord isn't being registered anymore or something. It says it's not supported and it has said this before but not it's happening often and I've had this cord over a year now. It's not the original because someone stole it from me claiming it was theirs and gave me their messed up one saying it was mind, it look like a dog chewed it up.
I don't have an extra because my sister borrowed it and never returned it to me and she's the type to swear up and down she did when she knows deep down she borrowed it and lost it.
I can plug up my iPod with NO problems at all. Could it be the phone itself? It's an iPhone 4 and I've had it since it first came out.
Get a different power adapter (the White Cube)
You probably may need a new charger. The same thing happened to me a year ago but I just ended up getting a new charger
It's probably just old my ipod sometimes says that just try turning it fully off and back on blow in the charging port and if that doesn't work be creative think of ways that might help
It's not the iPhone, I promise.
Cheap, generic third party cables have this problem all the time. Go into a store and buy a REAL Apple cable and you won't have the problem, I guarantee it.
