Why isn't my music on my iphone after syncing it?

I bought a load of albums on itunes and the music is appearing in my itunes library and have repeatedly synced my iphone but none of the new music is appearing on my phone. I just bought a new laptop and this is the first time I've synced my phone using the new itunes (not sure if this is related at all)

Added (1). Help! I did what you said and set it up to sync my music, I then synced my iphone but it has only synced the new albums and has deleted All of my old music from the last 5 years. I have just lost over 1000 songs! I don't even want to think about how much money that is. Is there any way I can get them back, I've checked my music files on my pc and my recycle bin and they're not there!

Make sure you have your music synced to your phone as well. When you click on your "Blank name's iphone" it should have a variety of option to sync your music, pictures, videos, etc. You probably just don't have your full album syncing.

Hi, basically whenever I try to sync my iPhone (3GS) a message appears saying something along the lines of "couldn't sync iPhone, run the installer to uninstall iTunes and then install the 64-bit version". I have done this multiple times to be met with the same message. If you could send me a link to the iTunes that I need, or give me any requirements for iTunes, it would be much appreciated. By the way, I use Windows 7 and have an Asus laptop- if this is any help.
