Why isn't BBM appearing on my Iphone?

I downloaded itools:
itools.cn/multi_lang_pc_download.htm

Then downloaded the bbm ipa:
qzal.net/01/2013-08/6cfd2d57601.zip

Now I open itools, go to my apps on my phone and click install (top right)
select the bbm ipa you just downloaded.

but when i clicked itools nothing happened, what am i suppost to do after clicking itools?

Prior to launching BBM for Android, an unreleased version of the BBM for Android app was posted online.   • Why is my messages appearing on another iPhone? My mum gave me her old iPhone 4 because mine broke and I've put my sim card in but for some reason when I get a text message it appears on my mum's iPhone 5 we're on the same provider which is 3 but we have different numbers

  • Videos not appearing on iPhone 4s? I had some videos that I converted to MP4 format. After the conversion they appeared in iTunes under "home videos". I transferred tr videos to my iphone from iTunes. My available memory dropped from 3gigs to 2 gig which shows they are saved on my phone. I can't find them though. I'm searched and looked under videos and photos but nothing. Any ideas?
