Why won't Best Buy let me do this?
I have a warranty for my iPhone 5 with Best Buy and they won't let me exchange my white iPhone for a black one, why? (My lock button is broken)
Because they only allow an exchange for the same product
white and black iPhones are similar but not the exaxct same product, and have different model #s and UPC codes.
If you have a warranty and the lock button is broken they will probably only give you the same iphone with a fixed button they can't give you a different color
- Will Best Buy let me change my iPhone color? I recently had to get my iPhone replaced because it broke, apple is mailing a new one back to Best Buy and I will be returning to pick it up in 3-5 business days. Do you think when I go to pick it up, if it's a brand new one, that they will let me have a black one and they can keep the white one that I ordered?

I typed in everything correctly but it said authentication failed the username or password were incorrect i knew they were right i wrote them down on a piece of paper! Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it!
- Why won't my iphone 3G let me download apps? I will click on an app and the install button will go really weird and ike half the writing will be covered up and i then won't let me press it! Its really annoying me! and hopeully its got nothing to do with updating my phone because i can't because it will brick it
- Why won't YouTube let me publish videos from my iPhone? Everytime I try and upload a video from my iPhone. It does the "Preparing Video" and about halfway through a message appears saying the video couldn't be published. I just tried uploading a video that shows how to get the "Super Perks" and "Beauty of Annihilation" Easter egg on Call of Duty: Black Ops zombies mode. The video is 19:06 minutes long. I know it will post because I've seen 40 minute long videos.
