I have a 4 th generation iPhone and I use to be able to watch videos on dailymotion until today the videos won't load and this comes up

- Wi-Fi won't won't work on iPhone 4s after ios6 update I have tried resetting my network settings that didn't work then proceeded to reset all my settings but yet it still didn't work. When i tap on Wi-Fi it will not let me turn it on its all grey and blurred out. I have tried everything possible. Any suggestions or know how to fix this problem?
