Why won't itunes start on my computer?
Today, when I tried to open my itunes account in order to download a few songs to my iphone/ipod, it wouldn't open. I tried restarting/shutting the computer, holding ctrl and shift in order to open it in safe mode, and even went to delete "sidb" files or something like that like this website says: http://support.apple.com/.../kb/TS2363
but still nothing will get it to open.
I have maybe a half hour to forty five minutes until I have to leave, and it would be awesome if someone knows some sort of solution. I'm going to Warped tomorrow and wanted a few songs to listen to on the ride there.
I believe I use Windows Vista if that's important.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes, I believe it saves your library, if not, then import the songs you need and put them on your iPod. This should work, also, check the task manager if the proces for iTunes is running, stop the process and try starting iTunes again. Hope you'll make it in time…
Try uninstalling and opening program files and manually deleting all your data and then reinstall the program.
- Why won't my iphone connect to my itunes on the computer? Okay so my iphone is telling me to connect to itunes. I tried to do it on my computer but it wouldn't work now my computer isn't working so I'm using my moms laptop which has itunes on it and it won't connect to her itunes. Why? Just today, after I got my computer back from sending it in, it finally picked up my phone. But for some reason, it still won't pick up my itouch. - Why won't some songs transfer from my iPhone to iTunes on my computer? I've purchased many songs from iTunes on my phone and when I hook my phone up to my computer, most of them sync and are added to my library but some do not, which means when I go to the iTunes Store, it says I haven't purchased those songs when I actually have. Is there anyway to get them to sync onto the computer or should I try emailing Apple?
