Why won't my iphone 4s play music? - 1

I was just playing music while blow drying my hair and it just stopped playing. And the volume bar thingy at the bottom wasn't there. So then I turned off my phone and turned it back on and it still wouldn't work. And when I turn it up with the buttons on the side it doesn't show the little square-dot thingies. I also updated it but it still does not work. It won't even let me hear youtube videos! And I know my music is playing because it says it is at the top. Please Help ME! D:

Added (1). Also I know the speakers work because when someone calls me my ringer goes off and it sounds perfectly normal.

Well I don't really know much about I phone but I think your speakers are either blocked or wet maybe you should check a repair shop.

  • Why won't my Iphone play music? So when I click a song under my ipod icon it skips it and goes to the next song and then does the same thing. I was able to listen to my music before but I did a backup because this is my new phone. I think it did that because I went to itunes to download my music onto my phone and then I did the backup, it then started skipping the songs.
  • Why won't my iphone music play through my subs? I have a kenwood touchscreen. Its the DDX371 and i can't get my music from my phone to play through my subs while it is bluetoothed. It plays fine through the subs when it is on the radio but not when bluetoothed.
  • Why won't songs play good on my iPhone 5 but play normal on iTunes? When I download music and import it to iTunes, They play fine and normal but as soon as i put them on my iPhone they sound scratchy or like if they were getting fast forwarded. I don't think it's my iPhone because I've put songs in it before but this just started happening today. What's the problem, How do i fix this?
  • Why won't some of my music play on my iphone? Most of this music is from cds since none of those are working. Then it's just a few random songs here and there. Is there a quick fix to this? I figured i'd ask here if it was easy enough but if not i'll go to apple support. i forgot to mention that it works perfectly fine on itunes if that makes a difference
