Why won't my iphone 5s sync my music?

I've had my iphone for almost 2 months and have never had a problem syncing my music with itunes, until a couple days ago. I click sync and it says it syncing on my phone and the computer, but then none of the new music is on my phone. I've tried using different sources (downloads, CD uploads) to see if it was the song that did not work, but none of the new music is showing up on my phone. I have not changed any settings on my phone or the itunes or computer. And I'm not out of space on my phone.

Also, every time I attempt to sync, it adds random extra play counts to some of my songs. I have no clue what else to try.

I think you may need an iTunes alternative, like Syncios, to solve the syncing problem. When you get tired of iTunes, you will need it more. It is totally free, simply have a try.http://www.syncios.com/
