Why won't my iPhone let me sign on the my apple id?

I have been trying to sign on because for some reason I need to enter my billing address to get an app that's free. But everytime I do it just keeps asking for it over and over again. It's not that it's incorrect, I even tried changing it and it still won't work. All it's doing is asking over and over again. Can anyone help?

Log into iTunes through your PC and make sure your billing information has not changed by you or someone who may have acquired your password without your consent or knowledge.

If all is ok, LOG-OUT of iTunes on your phone, and then re-log in. Try downloading app again.

If that still does not work, give it some time and try later. It may be that Apple is experiencing technical difficulties.

If THAT doesn't work, you may have to resort to making an appointment at the Apple Store to have a technician assess your problem.

Thanks but I will get a Samsung I've had it all! 4 new accounts. ITunes say no info. I even gave them how many teeth I had. Ha ha.

I'm having this same issue. I don't think the apple store will be able to resolve this issue tho brucase its a icloud issue

Having the exact same issue. Almost done. Probably trading it in for a droid. Apple let me down.

  • Youtube won't let me sign in on iPhone I still have the default app and never updated my software. Youtube used to let me sign in all the time! Now it just says, "Authorization Error: Invalid username and/or Password" I've tried signing in with my old username, new username, and my google account username/email too and it still won't let me sign in! Please help! I'd die without my playlists ;; A ;; The default app is in the one that still looks like a little TV that you can't delete ;-;
