Why won't my lock button work on my iPhone 4?
It looks normal an or isn't pushed in or hard to press, but It won't let me lock my phone or turn it off.
If my memory doesn't fail me, the iPhone4 has a manufacturing defect that the lock button will eventually break. It costs about a hundred dollars to fix not counting shipping. Sadly most of them break right after the warrenty expires. My friend uses an app for his iPhone 4 to lock and unlock his phone

I haven't dropped it and i have an otter box that never comes off. (I've tried to click without the otter box on and nada) I don't think I have insurance of my phone.
