Why won't my macbook charge my iPhone 5s?
My charger won't work with the wall plug, and every time i plug it into the computer this pops up! (See Photo)
I don't know what to do, but I need a way to charge this phone!
also, I've already looked at energy saver settings and such. Found nothing.

Are you using the cable that came with the phone from the factory? Many replacement cables do not work well or fail after a few uses. You get what you pay for.
Is your Macbook plugged in when you try to charge your phone. If not you are probably drawing too much power from its battery hence the message. You might look at buying/trying a new wall plug that allows your USB cable to attach to it. They are generallly available at most electronic outlets.
You can see that "charger" is TWO PARTS. The part that you also connect to the computer IS FAULTY. Buy a new one.
