Why won't my mail on my iPhone work?
I have an iPhone 5s and my mail won't work. It worked fine but now it won't work I don't know what happened. It just says " the connection to the server failed "t hasn't been working for a month. And I just like didn't didn't really care at first but I want to receive emails from there! Will someone help me?!
Either the server that handles your mail service is inoperative, or something on the network is blocking traffic to the server (like a firewall or ISP throttling). Ask AT&T about it, and if they can't help, ask your email provider about it.

- Why won't my iPhone update mail? For some reason my iPhone suddenly stopped updating my mail. When I check it, it says something along the lines of can't connect to server, even though I can access the internet through Safari and I'm on Wi-Fi. It will load old emails but it just will not load any new ones or let me send emails. I have already tried restarting my phone. This might have started happening when I updated to the latest software version but I'm not entirely sure.
