Why won't my message send as an iMessage?
I'm trying to send my friend a message over iMessage from my iPhone to their iPhone. It keeps going green when I type in his name which means its a normal text and I don't know how to make it an iMessage
It either means your iOS software is out of days, or it's his. Just simply go to settings and check for an update and it will fix it.
It could also be he's not connected to Wi-Fi, or has no 3G or 4G. Same for you.
You boht have to have imessage on.
- Why won't my 5c send a message as MMS when it's a long message to a non iPhone user? Whenever I type a LONG message to an SMS user (says Text Message in the messaging "box") my 5c won't convert to MMS and the recipient gets the message in dozens of out of order messages instead of the whole fluid message. I have MMS on in Settings. What can I do and why is it doing this?

- Send iMessage as text message One of my best friends just switched from an iPhone to an HTC One X. When he texts me, I can't text him back because it sends as an iMessage and he doesn't receive it. How can I send an iMessage as a text message? I have iOS 7 downloaded onto my iPhone if that helps. I've already tried to hold down the message for options but all it says is "Copy" and "More". When I tap more, it just selects the message so I can resend it. Nothing's working!
