Why won't my pictures copy to my iphone?

I keep trying to download my pictures from my laptop to my iPhone 4s but it always comes up with the errors or the device has been removed I've tried several different ways and this still happeneds

And my voice notes won't go on to my phone either

Does anyone know how to get it to work

Well maybe if you connect your iPhone device to your PC or Desktop via a USB
wire you should transfer your files automatically by copying into your phones internal
memory storage.

when you plug the usb into the PC, a window should come up, and the window will
show the contents of your phones applications and other things. You should look for
something called pictures or albums e.t.c. And then open that up. You should be able
to the paste all your copied photos or files into the storage of the phone, then may
eject the usb wire from pc and check the iphones pictures.

AND YOUR FILES SHOULD BE THERE!
