Why won't My sprint iPhone 4 won't connect to 3G?

Before you say call them I already have ok. Today I had an upgrade but my aunt used it for her phone since I'm on her plan. It went good but then won't connect to 3G after that we called and they said something went wrong but nothing did so I'm wondering is there anything i could possibly do to fix it or should I call the place that did it? Or should I just call sprint or apple? Please help I have to use my phone a lot in places that don't have Wi-Fi.

Try going to settings, general, reset, reset network settings. This will only reset the network, it will not erase everything on your phone. After you click reset network settings, the phone will re-boot. Try to use the internet again after the phone re-boots. If that doesn't work, try calling your local sprint store and they should be able to assist you.

  • Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.
  • Sprint Iphone 4s VS Sprint Galaxy Note 2? I currently own the Sprint Iphone 4S and the data speed on it is so slow it's almost unusable. I'm looking at the Sprint Galaxy note 2. My question is. Is the data speed on the Galaxy Note 2 for sprint is faster then the Sprint Iphone 4S?
