Why won't pandora work on my iPhone
I don't have an iTunes account so I can't get the app, and when I go to the website it just is blank.
Well it seems you have already answered the first part of your question. In order to download and install applications on the iPhone you must have an iTunes account.
It is simple to create one, just go to the following website and sign up:

The second part of your question, is this the actual Pandora website? If so try accessing the website on a different browser, clear your cookies and cache, and if all else fails E-mail their support at the following website:

I currently drive a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu LT and I usually play Pandora on my iPhone via the USB out which is included in the sound systems inside the Malibu models. For a while everything played perfectly, but not it does not. When I plug it in, my car recognizes that it is plugged in and the name of the Artist and song appear on the sound system like normal. However, it only plays through the speakers on my phone. What is the problem? Should I get a different connection other than USB?
