Why won't the volume on my iPhone work?
My iPhone 4 won't play any music with my earphones in, when I go to the app it says it the volume is unavailable. I checked all my other apps on my phone that play music and they all said the same thing.
Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Try checking settings and the sound see If it's turned down and if you have it silenced it should be on the left top side of iphone if its orange then turn it to where it's silver… If that doesn't work then take it to the apple store if you have had it under a year then they should give you a new iphone
Try rebooting it by pressing the home button and the off button at the top, simultaneously, for about 30 seconds. Once you release, you will see the white apple logo appear and allow it to go through the whole process until you see all your usual icons, it should work fine now. Otherwise, contact Apple directly… Good luck! Please let me know if it works.
