Why won't videos work on my iPhone?
For some reason my iphone (not anyone else's phone just mine) videos don't work. With YouTube videos, it will load and say, "playback error" and with normal Internet videos the triangle play button will have a slash through it. I've tried five browsers: safari, chrome, mercury, and two others I can't remember. I've tried rebooting, resetting settings, and even erased all content and settings. Help please! My iPhone is basically my official entertainment system. Now it's useless
It sounds like there could be some sort of software missing from the phone, I'd say the best bet would be to take it to a phone repair shop and let them have a look at it.
If it's still under guarantee, you could take it back to the store where you bought it from and they should sort it out for free.
- Why won't my iPhone earbuds work on my iPhone but work fine on a computer? So I have the worst luck with earbuds and it happens to be reoccurring. I have a normal iPhone 5 and I enjoy music but when I listen to my songs only one earbud will work while the other one is dead. I can go on my computer and they will both work so I was wondering why they both won't work on my phone?

Every other app including Netflix runs smoothly. It doesn't work on the app or browser. I cleared the cache on my browser. I reset my phone. My phone and the app are updated completely. I have no idea what to do.

So I recently met a famous guy in concert and when I got a picture wth him I was getting a video and my friend used her phone to video it. So she sent it to me and it was like terrible quality and the video was like little with a huge black border around it. But yet it looks perfectly fine on her phone? How do I fix it? Whenever I try to get video editing apps it always says error & only with that particular video. I have an iPhone 5c, and so does my friend.
