Why won't itunes let me backup my Iphone?
Every time I plug in my iphone to my computer and itunes comes up I get this message
"Itunes could not back up the iphone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the Iphone."
What does this mean? And why can't I backup my iphone?
should I not update to iOS 6 before I have my phone backed up because I'm afraid I'll lose everything.

- Why won't the new iTunes let me transfer my music to my iPhone? I have the most updated iTunes and iPhone 5 software. I use to be able to click and drag music from my iTunes to my iPhone on the sidebar, but i can't do that anymore and i can't figure out how to transfer my music.has anybody figure it out?
