Why won't my first generation iphone turn on?
I did everything that i could, & at first i tried holding the on/off button & the apple logo will appear but nothing will happen it will just turn back off? What's the matter. & if you have a sarcastic answer, be aware of a rude answer back *
Have you tried holding the on/off button and the home key together for 20 seconds?
If that doesn't work try plugging it into iTunes
If that doesn't work then it's probably gone. You could try and get it repaired but it will cost a lot of money and it may not be able to be repaired. It's an old model, it probably just gave in. Everything does eventually.
Put the charger on it and hold down the off button. Leave it off for a few minutes then turn it back on. (same thing used to happen to mine lol)
If that doesn't help just take it to Best Buy or the company you bought it from so they can fix it.
