Why won't my iphone home button work?
It was working fine half an hour ago, i put it down to go up stairs, came back down and it had stopped working! Why?
i haven't dropped it or done anything to break it.haven't even got water in it.
Added (1). Can you get the button replaced?
It should work if you keep pressing it, this has happened to just about everybody I know who has an iPhone, me included and there's nothing you can do about it. It must just be a problem with the phone
Maybe it's just been overused, the same thing happened to my iPod. Try pressing it softer and using it less.
I have an APPLE 4S too.
It was very hot when i charge for it.
I ask my customer manager, she tell me that, i should go to their company make an check.
I was really disappointed with Apple's quality.

I was on the settings on the phone trying to clear up some space on it and i realized the home button and power button won't work… Also it won't even sleep so its always on and i can't get off of the settings to call any one or anything I tried assistive touch but that didn't do anything

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?

Ok my iPhone 4 was working perfectly until tonight, first the home screen centre button wasn't recognizing and working so my dad found me a temporary home screen button which on my touch screen now my phone is 100% frozen the middle button isn't working and the touch screen isn't working.
