Wi-Fi address of DEA Mobile Unit-fake?

When you click on the safari icon on an iphone in an apartment complex you may see a list of all the Wi-Fi signals that are within range, usually differentiated by a name. I have noticed the Wi-Fi address of "DEA Mobile Unit" in 2 different apartment complexes in Dallas. I really hope that the people that investigate the bad guys are smarter than announcing their presence and that this is just a ploy from some local law enforcement to keep the gullible criminals guessing. Anyone else know anything about this?

And in many neighborhoods acros the country you'll see one names "FBI SURVEILLANCE VAN."

Someone is having a bit of fun.

  • Will this Pioneer head unit fit in my 2005 Honda Civic EX? I just bought a 2005 Honda Civic EX as my first car and wanted to get a better set up where I could hook my iPhone up to. I was looking at this Pioneer head unit and was wondering if it would fit in the car. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/CD-Receivers/DEH-X6500BT If it would fit, how much would it cost to install? I'm 16 and can't install it myself unfortunately, so I would need to pay somebody to do it.
  • Will an iPhone 5 with iOS 7 work on an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit? I own an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit which is iPod/iPhone compatible, it allows me to control the music (and Pandora internet radio) from the unit. I'm looking forward to upgrade my iPhone with iOS7, but I would like to know if there's some kind of compatibility issue with the head unit and this new OS. Since the unit doesn't have a CD playback, losing compatibility with the head unit would practically leave me with FM and USB flash drive capabilities in my car.
