No, the router does not track your history, if anyone wants to know your internet usage history then would have to contact your ISP. (the company that supplies your internet)
Also the NSA knows your history.
Your iPhone is the only device that's tracking your history. Someone would need your iPhone if they wanted to know this information.
Routers only route traffic. They don't care where you're going or where you came from. But if you're using an unsecured network like public wi-fi be extra careful where you go. Anyone else on the network can easily sniff your packets.
