Wi-Fi will only connect to PC?

So, my Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine, but only on my computer. This is the second time it has done this. It will not let me connect anything else to it. I've tried my iPhone, iPad, and laptop. It says that the Wi-Fi is able to be connected to… It just won't actually connect? I don't know if I'm even making myself clear. I wanted to reconnect my Wii to the internet, so that I can watch Netflix, but it won't let me. The computer says the Wi-Fi is working perfectly well, though. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this? I don't really want to have to call any customer support of any sort.

With the computer powered off and disconnected from Wi-Fi, are you able to get any of the other devices that you mentioned to connect? If you are successful getting another device connected after your computer is powered off, then that could mean your router is only allowing 1 connection at a time. At this point the admin settings in the router would need to be checked.

Have you tried rebooting the Wi-Fi router by powering it off and back on?

There could be multiple things causing this. I've personally seen some Wi-Fi routers having difficulty when there are multiple Apple products within range. In that case I generally recommend upgrading to an Apple Airport Extreme router or an Apple Express router. Apple routers are top performers and work well with iPhones, iPads, Apple TV and even Windows computers, Wii, etc.

It could be that you have a faulty Wi-Fi router, but I would try the above test and if you do not have any luck try resetting the router to factory defaults, then try to see if multiple devices can connect. You can find info on how to reset your Wi-Fi router by searching Google or YouTube for your make and model or router that you have.

Hope this helps.
