Will 4G be part of unlimited data on Iphone 5 with AT&T?
I have a dinosaur plan with AT&T and currently receive unlimited data with my iphone. I know that my unlimited data plan will carryover with the new iphone but my question is will the 4G LTE capability of the new iphone work on my current plan? Or will that be an additional charge for the 4G?
No, you will not be charged extra. Having a 4G LTE phone means you can enjoy 5GB of data per billing cycle without your data speed being slowed down (As opposed to 3GB for 3G or 4G.) Once you hit 5GB they will slow down your data speed for the resr of your billing cycle but won't charge any additional fee.
