Will an iphone 6 simcard work for an iphone 8 plus?
Will an iphone 6 simcard work for an iphone 8 plus?
Yes it will.
Sim cards are supposed to be device independent, except that older cards are larger, but can be cut to fit in newer phones.
Shouldd work
I don't see why not. They both use nanoSIMs. What should matter more is if both phones are on the same network or the 8 Plus in this case is unlocked to accept the SIM.
- Will the simcard in my iPhone 4 work in a Sony Xperia Z? I'm going to upgrade my phone to the Sony Xperia Z and I wanted to know a little more about sim cards. By putting my current simcard into a new phone will I get the same service I'm getting right now? And if so is it compatible for my new phone? Is there anything else i'll need to know?
- Why won't a German O2 Simcard work in my iPhone 4s? I have just moved to Germany and took my iPhone 4s with me. My iPhone 4s has used an English O2 sim card for the last 2 years, today I tried putting in a German O2 sim card and apparently I can't use it? Why is this? I know that iPhones lock automatically to the first sim card you put in, so the German O2 one should work? What am I doing wrong?
- What do I do to activate my iphone 3g without a simcard? I recently got a used iphone 3g off of amazon for my friends birthday. The problem is it says no sim card installed and I got it off of amazon and it came with no sim card. Is there anyway I can easily activate it because I suck with technology so… I have to be able to do this without needing a sim card and by may 15th. Also link websites I would appreciate it!
- Unlocked Iphone 4 still can't read some simcard? I bought my iphone 4 directly from apple in the uk, and it was already unlocked/free from any carrier. It works fine with my italian Tim simcard but it does not work with my Brazilian Tim nor Oi simcards… Any ideas?
