Will apple give me a new phone or attempt repairing my iphone?
I just bought a new iphone 8 plus and the camera is not working. Took it to apple and they did a software update then gave it back it to me saying it was fine and now the same thing is happening yet the other day my side speakers and volume was not working either. Now, it will not charge no matter how many times I restart it! I called and they said they can make an appointment for a repair. I don't want a repair I want a new dang phone! This happened before with my old phone and they just replaced it for free. Id rather have them give me a whole new phone instead of dealing with this one. Do they give me a new phone or try fixing mine?
It sounds to me like you just don't know how to use an iPhone. Go get a track phone.
Repair or replacerment is entirely at the discretion of Apple.

- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
- Iphone 5 iOS 7 stuck on apple logo after jailbreak attempt? I tried jailbreaking my iPhone 5 with iOS 7.0.4 and it went through the process and gets stuck on the apple logo screen. I tried restarting but it failed as well. It won't turn on. Any fixes.
