Will Apple provide me an iPhone 4S product replacement?
I had purchased an iphone 4s about 2 years ago and have encountered issues with battery life, scratches little chips on the side and volume coming out in only one of the speakers. Will Apple provide me with a product replacement for my iPhone if i take it to them?

They will provide you a replacement with a cost. Apple only covers the first year & if you did that within the year you probably would have gotten one for free of charge but since its been over a year it will have to be an out of warranty fee which is 199 at apple. If you don't want to pay that much you can always find a repair place for iPhones in your area & buying a new battery is easily replaceable. It might be cheaper that way but if you want it legit from apple it will be 199.
- Will warranty for my iphone work if I can't provide receipt? My one year warrantee still works for my iPhone 4S and I was wondering if they would need to see a receipt or something? Is it easy as just calling them, explaining that my phone is defective because my Wi-Fi does not work and the option to use Wi-Fi is greyed out and they check the serial number or something and see that I'm good and I send my phone in and bam they fix it?
- What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
- Product Replacement Pending status message from Apple? Sent in my iPhone 4S yesterday, and it was received today. The "service was completed" and now the status message says, "product replacement pending." Does this mean I will get a refurbished phone and how long will it take for me to receive it?
