Will Apple repair my screen the same day?
I have a shattered iPhone 5 screen & come to find out that apple is now offering a price of $149 to repair it. Will they repair the screen the same day? All answers are appreciated.
No, apple don't repair, they just replace phones.
Unfortunately, no.
Even if you were the only person in the world with a broken Apple product, the answer would still be 'no'. They'll have hundreds, if not thousands of phones to repair aside from yours, and when you add in the paperwork and procedures into the mix you're looking at 2-4 weeks if you're lucky.

@jagbir: Um, Apple DO repair products - it's not very cost effective to replace a $500 phone with a new one when a simple $20 screen replacement would suffice - also, Apple replaced all Philips screws to Pentalobe screws when people brought their phones in to be repaired (to stop people from trying to repair their own devices without permission - kind of ironic when they brought them to the shop in the first place) - how else could they replace the screws - mass recall?
- Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is iPhone 6L coming out on the same day as the iPhone 6? Hi, there's 2 iPhones coming out (iPhone 6 & iPhone 6L) I was wondering if the larger iPhone was also coming out on september 19 or is it just the normal size? Ty
- If a iPhone repair shop (that isn't Apple) opens & replaces your phone battery&that. Does it come back exactly the same as when you bought it? Just I swear last time I got something replaced the screen sits a fraction higher up (so the phone is a tiny littlebit more thicker then before) is this true or no?
