Will apple replace my faulty iPhone 5?
My iPhone 5 has been having some issues lately. The screen is becoming more loose and clicks when you tap it. It's not that bad but is getting worse and I'm disappointed a lot. I had it since October 20 and the problems just started. I have booked an appointment at the genius bar for sunday afternoon. Do you think they'll repair or replace this?
If it's genuinely a faulty phone on Apple's side, meaning that you didn't do anything to the iPhone to cause the messed up screen, then yes they will have to fix your iPhone for you.
Well since it's not within the one month period, I doubt it.
But it could never hurt to try. Some are actually nice and are willing to make exceptions.
