Will apple replace my iPhone 5 with this type of damage?
I still have my 1 year manufactures warranty on my iPhone 5. The problem with it is that my iPhone lock button slowly stopped working. What i mean by slowly is that I would be able to lock it by pressing on the edge of one side of the lock button until it completely stopped working. It clicks but doesn't turn on or off the iPhone. I have dropped it several times but i'm pretty sure that didn't cause the problem because the problem just happened out of no where. Also it does have a couple of scuffs from on the edges, about five small ones from wear and tear over the past 9 months. Besides that, works well and looks good with the exception of the scuffs. Will apple replace it with this type of damage for free?
Since apple doesn't fix phones they should be able to… The only reason they wouldn't replace your phone is if you have fake parts on your phone and by fake parts I mean say if you dropped your phone and instead of going to apple for help you went to a outside store so they can replace the screen thats considered a fake part and apple won't want the phone because every phone they replace they take and refurbish and sell again.
- Will Apple replace my broken iPhone 5 with another iPhone 5 or an iPhone 5S? The power button is no longer working on my iPhone 5, and there's 1 year warranty on it. If I were to being it to Apple, would they give me a new iPhone 5, or a 5S? I was just wondering because the iPhone 5 is no longer made or sold by Apple.

- What would I need to replace in my iPhone for water damage? Don't say the whole phone cause I want to try and sort it out my self I know it's braking iPhone terms and conditions and they no longer have anything to do with it I was just wondering what I would need for one? As I know they don't sort water damage they just give you a new phone so what do I need to replace?
- Is this iPhone too damage for the Apple trade in program? I need to change my phone because pretty soon it will stop functioning. My screen is crack I don't even know how but anyways its coming out too on both sides. The buttons are working perfectly and the phone can still be use Based on the information and the picture, Do you think they still accept it?
