Will Apple replace or repair iPhone?

My iPhone came with overworn screws in iPhone, will Apple blame me for this even though I expressed my concern to Apple chat about being blamed and they said they would log it on the system? Also it has a dead pixel in the centre of the screen, will Apple repair or replace my phone or won't they touch it because of the screws Thanks!

Go to an apple store and ask

They'll still repair whatever needs doing, but if they decide that the phone has been tampered with then the repair won't be under warranty. Whoever tampered with the screws made sure of that.

The dead pixel will fall under whatever conditions Apple place on the screen warranty. Some dead or hot pixels are acceptable, some aren't, and it usually depends upon where they are and how close to each other.

But if your phone warranty has been invalidated what happens next depends upon local laws. In most of the world, if there's tampering then the whole warranty is void. In the USA only the parts affected by tampering are voided, and as screen removal requires removal of water tell-tales then if they're intact and not showing evidence of water exposure then anything which requires their removal, including the screen, remains under warranty.

Whether Apple repair or replace phones returned under warranty is entirely at their discretion. Replacement phones can be refurbished examples.
