Will Apple still want my broken iPhone 5 since they are sending me a new one?
I called Apple support yesterday and I told them my screen had cracked on the iPhone 5 and they told me they couldn't repair it cause its still so new so they will charge me $250-$300 which I have no problem paying. I'm wondering though will they want me to send my broken iPhone 5 to them after they ship me a new one? Cause I wanna sell my old one to get the money for the new replacement. Does anyone know if Apple will force me to or not?
If they are sending a replacement for free they might want to see the old one. If you are buying the replacement out of your own pocket you shouldn't have to send back the old one.
None of this makes sense by the way.
They should send you a new one for free if it was broken thirty days or less after you bought it. This doesn't make any sense at all.

- Where do I sell my iPhone 5s which is brand new but it was exchanged at Apple since I broke my old iPhone 5s? So a few months ago I broke my old iPhone 5s and went to the Apple store to go exchange it for a new one. I got a iPhone 8 for Christmas and now that I can't go back to Apple to exchange it again, Where do you guys think is the best place to sell it?
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- My photos are not sending in group messages, but are sending in individual messages? I'm with Straight Talk Wireless. At first my pictures were sending in the group message but now they are not. I don't know what's wrong, all my settings are what they are suppose to be, and I'm currently on an iPhone 5s IOS 8.4.
- My iphone5 charger is broken and i got new one but not the apple one? So the charger is travel charger and it says charge quickly, constant voltage supply, over volt/over current protection, thermal shutdown protection.( btw its from AFIS korea) My phone really charge faster but i keep getting this message when charging "this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably" 1st is it ok to use this charger? And if its fine then can it be harmful to use travel charger everyday?
